Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Chatly Store. If you are not satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy explains how to return items and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain items (e.g., custom-made, personalized, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products like bedsheets once opened) may not be eligible.

2. Return Process

  3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrong.
